About our Group

Our Recovery Support Group is evidence-based and is designed to help individuals recover from substance misuse. We will cover topics related to the stages of change, how to become sober and maintain sobriety, and how to manage your time after you’ve become sober.

This support group is held every Saturday from 11:30am-1:00pm.
