Second Chance Center is honored to have the privilege of being highlighted in 2022 Mayor's Report regarding our graduates from our sixth cohort.

"In November, Denver's Second Chance Center graduated its sixth cohort of its Apprenticeship Readiness Program for the construction trades. DEDO's Denver Construction Careers Program (DCCP) sponsors these cohorts and is pleased to collaborate with the Second Chance Center in our shared mission.

DEDO is proud to help address the challenges of those in community Re-Entry. Our work with Second Chance Center continues to expand, while Workforce Services is working with Community Works in advising incarcerated individuals who are within six months of release. This essential work is a win for these jobseekers and their families, a win for unions and employers, and a win for the community."
