CBT based peer mentor group based on principles outlined in the book Never Going Back; 7 Steps Never Going Back to Prison authored by SCC founder Hassan Latif.
TreeForce – Urban Forestry Program
The TreeForce Program, in collaboration with The Park People, provides hands-on training in urban forestry, environmental conservation, and green job opportunities while also contributing to healthier, greener communities . This innovative workforce development program offers:

CARE MANAGEMENT
SCC Care Managers support their client partners in developing comprehensive transition plans. SCC staff has lived experience and role model possibilities for successful re-entry.
RELAPSE PREVENTION
SCC provides non-clinical support for clients striving to overcome addictions through individual and group settings. AcuDetox is offered to SCC clients at no cost.
IN-REACH
Care management and mentoring services are provided inside prisons, jails, and community correction facilities to connect clients to resources and align supportive services prior to release.
