Five years ago, Second Chance Center opened PATH, our first-ever Permanent Supportive Housing facility, providing stable, affordable homes to individuals and families rebuilding their lives after incarceration.

Permanent – Not time-limited or transitional

Affordable – Residents pay no more than 30% of their income for rent

Independent – Residents hold leases with normal rights & responsibilities

50 supportive housing units in Aurora, CO

40 one-bedroom apartments

10 two-bedroom apartments

1 guest unit

58 total residents, including children
