Exciting News from Second Chance Center!

We’re thrilled to share that Second Chance Center (SCC) will be featured on 9News this Wednesday, January 8th, at 6:00 PM during Next with Kyle Clark’s Word of Thanks Microgiving Campaign!

This campaign will spotlight Residences on Acoma, SCC’s transformative housing development in Denver. This new four-story building will provide 128 permanent supportive and affordable workforce housing units for individuals and families overcoming significant challenges, including chronic homelessness and reentry after incarceration.

Residences on Acoma is 40% complete and set to open by November 2025.

It will include:

– Modern apartments with Energy Star appliances

– Underground parking

– Over 10,860 sq. ft. of community space: offices, a community kitchen, lounge, and outdoor courtyard
